It was a very long process every thing took more than 4 hours. Was a exhausting process.

Suggested improvements
There was short of porters and no one came to update me it was going to take 7 hours to have a CT scan which was ordered @4 pm. More porters r needed & better communication skills!!

The nurses were lovely. I could of done with more information from the doctors.

I was asked to be at the hospital for 7am (I got there at 6:30am) I wasn’t seen until 6 hours later! The light above bed I was in could not be turned off! I couldn’t rest/sleep properly whilst on the ward.

I didn't have to wait, the doctor had reviewed my health records, asked only relevant questions, explained what is proposed and I am completely satisfied with the proposed actions.

It was reasonably quick, I was seen in an efficient way and although a patient came in after me and said she could not wait she was told very politely that all the patients wanted to be seen asap we all had to wait.

Maybe given me my x-ray request straight away so that I could have had my x-ray before my appointment instead of during.
